Now more than ever there is a need to focus on both personal and corporate mental and emotional health, wellness, and self-care. It is critical to support employees’ well-beings and provide tools to build resilience in individuals so they can be fully engaged, healthy and have the tools and resources to overcome challenges and life’s obstacles. . Workshops are developed so everyone can participate and no prior art experience is needed.
Research suggest that holistic mental health wellness must be prioritized. Data from the World Health Organization suggests that >75% of people believe companies should be doing more to support the mental health of their workplace and 70% of people indicated they had more stress in 2020 than any other previous year.
Also according to the World Health Organization workplaces that promote mental health and support people with mental disorders are more likely to reduce absenteeism, increase productivity and benefit from associated economic gains.
